The first version may provide limited free conversion, such as one file up to 10MB and a daily conversion limit per IP address. These limits may change to protect service reliability and conversion costs.

Uploaded Files

You are responsible for the files you upload. Do not upload illegal, harmful, confidential, or sensitive files unless you understand and accept the risks of online file processing.

AI Online Convert may use third-party providers, including CloudConvert, to process conversion jobs. By using the service, you authorize us to send uploaded files to such providers for the purpose of completing your requested conversion.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload files you do not have the right to process.
• Use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing activity.
• Attempt to bypass file size limits, rate limits, or security controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Use automated traffic in a way that harms service availability.

The AI Online Convert website, interface, copy, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain responsibility for and rights to your own uploaded files, subject to any rights held by others.
